About the Training Programmes

Your course takes place over three days. Training is participative with lots of opportunity for discussion and all learning is based on real-life situations and case studies. Your trainer, Alan Hester, is experienced in management at all levels and has delivered management courses across the region from Level 2 to Level 5. Alan trains in an interactive way, with plenty of opportunity for the group to share experiences, identify their own learning needs and learn from each other.

The NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading is accredited by OCR.  Award of certificates is based on a combination of course participation and a short series of assessor visits to you in your normal work environment.  Your programme is delivered by Alan Hester Associates Limited and funded by the Skills Funding Agency through Train to Gain.
